The Finance Office is located within City Hall. Utility deposits and payments may be made in the Finance Office. We are open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. (closed on holidays). The Street Department office and shop is located at 121 West 1st Street. This department is responsible for maintaining the streets, plowing snow, and maintaining the city parks and ball fields.

The Water/Sewer Department office is located within City Hall. This department is responsible for maintaining Miller's water and sewer systems. The maintenance of the municipal swimming pool and airport also falls within this department's duties.

The City boosts a heated 25 meter pool with a 141 foot water slide and a diving board. There is also a "kiddie" pool for the younger swimmers. The pool is typically open from June until August. Hours are Monday - Friday 1-5 and 7-9 and Saturday 1-5. Pool parties may be scheduled by calling 853-3977. The Kiwanis Park, a basketball court and tennis court are located next to the pool. The pool is located at 100 West 2nd Avenue.
View the fountain in the pond at the City's beautiful Crystal Park located on West 7th Street. Our 20 acre park provides something for everyone. There is a large play area, plenty of picnic tables, a new fire pit, a gazebo, lots of shade and excellent sledding hills in the winter. There is a small camping area with electric hook-ups and a dump station. Reservations are not required - first come, first serve. Free will donation.
J.C. Terry Complex is located on the south end of town. It includes two very well maintained softball fields and a baseball field. Bathrooms and consessions are on site.
