The finance office is located within city hall and is comprised of the finance officer and two office workers. They handle all of the office duties for the City of Miller including the payment of bills and collection of bills.

Electric Department
The electric department office is located within city hall. The shop is directly south of city hall. Duties include providing and maintaining electric power within the city limits.

Police Department
Miller is served by a 24 hour per day police department located at 120 West 1st Street. The department is comprised of three officers.

Street Department
The street department office and shop is located at 121 West 1st Street. This department is responsible for maintaining the streets and plowing snow in the City of Miller. The maintenance of the parks and ball fields also falls within the street department's duties.

Water and Sewer Department
The water and sewer department office is located within city hall and the shop is located at 120 West 1st Street. This department is responsible for maintaining Miller's water and sewer systems. The maintenance of the swimming pool and airport also falls within this department's duties.
