Holiday Jam Returns to Miller for Another Year.

Holiday Jam is coming back to Miller for another year thanks to On Hand Development and our generous sponsors. What does the Holiday Jam concert have to do with Economic Development? Here at On Hand, we believe that quality of life is a very important piece of economic development. If people don’t have something to do, they will travel out of town and spend money. The Holiday Jam Concert provides Hand County residents the opportunity to experience a one of a kind concert right here in Miller!

This musical showcase features the talents of a multi-piece band playing holiday classics as well as contemporary new arrangements in the signature lush and rhythmic horn band sound of Jeremy and Jon Hegg. Filling out the group are the region’s finest and most exciting musicians. As we all hear most of our favorite holiday season songs every year the challenge of finding new ways to present this music is a difficult one this group relishes. ‘O Holy Night’ as a soulful ballad? ‘What Child Is This’ in a Latin style? Such are examples how unique arrangements can take age-old music down a fresh new path.

With alumni from the long running favorite Acoustic Christmas, Holiday Jam is a twist on the holiday season audiences will not soon forget. Male and female vocalists, two keyboardists, guitars, percussion, drums, upright bass and horns round out this festive evening. This show will feature stories of the season, messages for the heart, and music to lift the spirits. Become part of the upcoming season of Holiday Jam with the Hegg Brothers and get your tickets today!

The Concert is Sunday, December 8th at 7:00 pm at the Miller High School Theatre. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students. Tickets are available at the door or the On-Hand office. All of the money raised goes to the Miller Community Center. Holiday Jam is a twist on the season and you won’t want to miss it and Miller is so very fortunate to host such a wonderful event.
